Why Eat Breakfast?

When people think of starting their day off right, does that include eating a well-balanced breakfast? In my argument, I want to explore the pros and cons of breakfast consumption vs. non-breakfast consumption. Also, to back up my reasoning with scientific facts of the physiological and chemical effects on the body, and personal surveys of how people feel after eating breakfast. I chose this topic based on curiosity as a fan of breakfast and because I want to know if it really can give me the edge I think I’m getting to perform better in school, at work, and in general. Breakfast is no enemy of mine, so I’d really like to know how I’m benefiting from it or how much I’m overestimating its greatness.

  1. It seems to me you already might be biased on your topic. I'm worried since you already eat breakfast yourself and you think it helps then you might not be able to be objective on this topic as much as you should. I think if you keep that in mind, you should be able to find a lot of research on this topic and should be able to write a good paper.
